 Shipping costs for international resellers:

Our webshop only knows the shipping costs for end-user-customers. Nevertheless you are welcome to place your order here. When you have finnished your order please contact your personal sales representative. We will recalculate the shipping costs. You will get an order confirmation via email.

Shipping costs for end user customers:

The shipping costs consist of the postage costs and a logistics package pauschale. You can see the total amount during the purchase process. 

Once the package ships, you will receive tracking number via email.

Shipping costs EU Countrys :
up to 2kg: 15,00 Euro
up to 5kg: 17,00 Euro 
up to 10kg: 22,00 Euro 
up to 20kg: 32,00 Euro 

Shipping costs Worldwide & Switzerland:
up to 2kg: 20,00 Euro 
up to 5kg: 40,00 Euro
up to 10kg: 55,00 Euro 
up to 20kg: 85,00 Euro 


Taxes and export (e.g.: Switzerland)
For deliveries within the EU, the price including 19% VAT. The delivery to Switzerland and deliveries outside the EU are without value added tax and the tax will reduced in the confirmation which you get within 24 hours after your order. For questions, please contact our customer service.

For deliveries outside the EU (eg Switzerland): The costs which the sender has to pay extra such as Customs and VAT are not included in the shipping costs. Please consult with your local customs office for further details. (Switzerland: www.ezv.admin.ch)
